What we hold on you
Every account on Muluwin begins with a modest handful of details, and setting out which ones up front keeps this privacy policy honest and easy to follow. Some you type in yourself: a name, an email or mobile number we can reach you on, a birth date — the platform is strictly 18-plus — and a password that pins the account to you and no one else. Send us a query and the note you write, with any file you tack on, lands in that same record.
Beyond that, a second layer builds up on its own as you move through the game categories, and it's all technical — the browsing side of things. We mean the sort of device you're using, the browser rendering each page, a rough area inferred from your connection, and which parts of the hub you opened and when. One line of that says almost nothing. Woven into a pattern, it shows the platform is loading cleanly and points to whatever's misbehaving before players ever notice.
Our rule of thumb is narrow by design: gather only what an account must have to run, and leave everything else be. Anything optional wears an optional label, and skipping it changes nothing about how you play. Age sits at the very centre here — Muluwin is built for grown-ups, so the birth date you enter isn't a formality, it's the gate that keeps under-18s out.
